Four estate homes are springing up in Estuary, a community inside Grey Oaks, an announcement from The Lutgert Companies has stated. According to Judy Green, the president and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, these four luxury residences within the 350-acre Estuary are to provide an ‘unparalleled lifestyle’ for residents in the community. Her organization handles the sales and marketing for The Lutgert Companies.

There is a spike in the sales of luxury homes and as the construction of these homes progress, the company is looking forward to a very bright and favorable economic season ahead. The estate model is Neapolitan and it was built by none other than the legendary Stock Signature Homes. With the design was handled by Stofft-Cooney Architects, the estate has 7,713 square feet of living space. There are five bedrooms, five full baths with two half baths, a study, a clubroom, a lounge (perched on the second floor) and an adjoining garage for four cars. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) released their 2014 Profile of International Home Buying Activity last Tuesday. It was stated in that report that foreign buyers of real estate purchases have reached 35% for the year ended in March for nationwide sales. 2013 resulted in $68.2 billion foreign sales of U.S. residential real estate. However, the current year total sales amounted to $92.2 billion, a big jump indeed.

It was further stated that China was a big buyer with $22 billion in purchases of U.S. real estate within a year. The U.S. real estate is indeed offering quite attractive packages for foreign buyers. The pricing is quite competitive, great investment opportunities in the future, and the economic stability of the United States really helped boost the real estate sales.

Chinese citizens are purchasing real estate properties across the nation. California is still topping the list. Followed by:

  • New York (7 percent)
  • Pennsylvania (6 percent)
  • Texas (6 percent)

Other Foreign buyers accounted for the remaining percentages:
